Where a complete in-house solution is warranted, Radix specify and provide complete servers built and tested in-house to meet your needs.

Servers are supplied pre-installed and ready to connect to your ISDN telephone lines.

Usually, systems from 2 to 8 channels (lines) use ISDN2e connections to connect to the telephone network.

Clients requiring from 8 to 120 channels use ISDN30e Primary rate connections to connect to the telephone network.  BT can also be asked to provide resilient connections from multiple exchanges to provide a backup if one exchange or connection fails.

Delivery, installation and initial system configuration is included with every system so that the system is installed and working wherever possible on the day of installation.

Every system includes the full development platform allowing the existing IVR scripts to be adapted to your needs - or new scripts to be developed, although we recommend that application development and testing is generally done on a different "test and development" system - rather than the live platform.
