Radix Services Limited - Company Information
Radix Services was formed in 1995 by Robin Downs and later became Radix Services Ltd.
Initially providing IT Consultancy and IT Support to Small and Medium sized businesses in the UK, Radix has gained a core of long standing clients with whom we have built excellent working relationship.
Since 2001, Radix have become increasingly involved in supporting servers and networks using third party IVR applications. It became apparent that these systems are often difficult and expensive for clients to manage and where modifications or updates to the IVR are required, this can be cumbersome and time consuming.
With this in mind, we began developing an IVR product that would be flexible, easier for client to maintain and use and considerably cheaper to implement than existing IVR platforms.
By focusing on the natural strengths of IVR systems - and avoiding their common weaknesses such as speech recognition and automated speech generation, we found it possible to rapidly develop and deploy new applications across a wide variety of clients.
