IVR Hosting for all budgets:

For many clients, purchasing a dedicated server is an unnecessary expense.  We provide access to our own servers to host your application – either while developing or demonstrating an application for you – or long term for your live application.

We also provide Non-Geographic numbers (0845 / 0870 / 0871 etc) if required as well as detailed reporting on call volumes and duration.

 Our hosted solutions give you the option to try or test a full IVR solution at minimal expense and without committing to your own ISDN lines with the installation and rental costs that would otherwise incur. Hosting also allows call volumes and actual telephone line utilisation for a new service to be monitored before specifying a dedicated server.

When clients feel the need to host their own servers in house, we provide complete servers with on-site installation and support, working with clients own staff to ensure a smooth implementation.

Where bespoke applications have been developed using our hosted facilities, these applications can be easily moved to the clients own servers.

Ongoing support is provided as part of the Radix service to our clients and remote access and administration of the IVR servers is readily possible.
